Account & data deletion request

What gets deleted

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed within 30 days:

  • Account credentials — your email address and authentication data
  • Workout history — all session records, sets, reps, and form scores
  • Custom routines — any workout routines you created
  • Subscription data — your Pro subscription status (active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through Google Play or the App Store)

What stays on your device

The following data is stored only on your device and is not affected by account deletion. To remove it, uninstall the app:

  • Progress photos (stored locally, never uploaded)
  • App settings and preferences
  • Achievement badges

Important notes

  • Active subscriptions: Deleting your account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Please cancel your subscription through Google Play or App Store before requesting deletion.
  • This action is irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered.
  • 30-day window: If you change your mind within 30 days, contact us to cancel the deletion request.

How to request deletion

Option 1: From the app

Open PozeFit → Profile → scroll to the bottom → tap "Delete Account". Follow the confirmation steps to complete the request.

Option 2: Via email

Send an email to support@pozefit.app from the email address associated with your PozeFit account. Include the subject line: "Account Deletion Request".

We will verify your identity and process your request within 30 days.
